This was because my applet uses the Java Swing library and it would
not run if you did not have it in your browser.  It has worked on a
Linux Netscape that is recent enough to have this library.  As a
workaround, I have now put the Swing library on my web site so that
people that don't have it can still run my applet.  In at least one
case where someone did not have Swing this has let them run the
applet.  So please try it again.
