   Thanks.  One bad thing about living on a small tropical island 
is that there is no big library, so I have to buy all my own
space books.  The good thing is that there is no income tax, so
I have a few extra bucks to buy books with. :-)

Edited by James N. Moss and Carl D. Scott.

Got it for $5.99 on Amazon and don't feel bad.  I put it with my 
"tech and vision".  So I now have 5 tech and vision newer than 
High Frontier in 1976.
