While buying it is nearly impossible, it is worth seeing if a library
nearby has it.  The following URL should let anyone check for this
book just about as fast as they can type in a zip code:

If you want to find some other book, I could only do it by doing 
a google search for the book with the extra keyword "worldcat".  
Seems worldcat wants to charge to let you search from their page.
